SMS Terms & Opt-In

These terms describe the Aivox Pilot SMS messaging program, operated by VACAY MODE LLC. By giving consent as described below, you agree to these terms.
How you opt in
We obtain your express consent before sending any text message. The opt-in works as follows:
- 1You visit our online sign-up form at signup.aivoxpilot.com and enter your name, mobile number, and email.
- 2You check the consent box, which is unchecked by default, agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS from Aivox Pilot. The box discloses message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- 3You are subscribed only after you submit the form with the box checked. We never message anyone who has not completed this form.
What we send
Messages may include appointment reminders, account updates, the link to review your website, follow-up about your project, and promotional offers about our website services.
Frequency, rates, and help
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help or email roman@aivoxpilot.com.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation and will not send further messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
